Use the same email you use to sign into the Pausality app on your phone. That's how we link your course progress to your app account.
Choose Share My Email and use the same Apple ID you use in the Pausality app. If you pick "Hide My Email," Apple may give a different address than your app account, and your course progress won't link up.
Your practice sessions live in the Pausality iOS app. Install it on your phone before you start the first reading.

You can ask for a full refund within seven days of enrolling, provided you haven't completed any practice sessions yet. Between days seven and fourteen, a fifty-percent refund is available if you've completed fewer than twenty-one sessions. After you submit the Foundation tier check-in, the course is no longer refundable. To request a refund, write to CEsupport@somnistics.com.
Randy Graybeal, MSN, CRNA, your course director, is a Co-Founder and CEO of Somnistics Research Labs and Pausality, and holds equity in both. To separate his clinical role from his commercial role, faculty access to learner records is limited by design: Randy reviews aggregate, de-identified performance data quarterly, and is only notified of an individual learner's results if a specific situation triggers a clinical review (for example, three failed attempts on the same check-in). Operational tasks (refunds, support, AANA reporting) are handled by the SRL operations team, not by faculty. The course content is built on peer-reviewed research; no outside company sponsors it; no off-label uses are recommended.
We keep your enrollment details, the timestamps of every session you complete in the Pausality app, your assessment scores, and your certificate metadata for at least sixty months from the day your certificate is issued. That's the AANA Standard XI retention requirement. You can request a copy or ask us to soft-delete your enrollment at any time.
